Establishing an organisational structure for the implementation of education and training, research and development, and community service activities within the framework of international cooperation, thereby enhancing the international competitiveness and recognition of our institution and our country.

In order to promote quality awareness at an institutional level, we prioritise in-service training and teamwork in all areas where our university provides services.
