- Developing a sustainable internationalisation strategy

- Coordinate the international mobility of students, teaching staff and administrative personnel

- To increase the number of international student and academic staff exchanges

- Determining and implementing an international student recruitment strategy

- To contribute to and support our university's participation in international projects and programmes

- To encourage the implementation of the Bologna Process principles at our university

- Monitoring and implementing tasks and procedures related to international bilateral cooperation agreements, exchange programme agreements, joint diploma programmes and consortia.

- To engage in activities that will increase the international recognition of the city of Balıkesir and our university

- Participating in activities and initiatives aimed at strengthening ties with international organisations with which we collaborate

- To undertake initiatives aimed at adapting to newly emerging and evolving conditions in the field of internationalisation

- Increasing the visibility of exchange programmes through social and cultural activities

- To work in accordance with the principles of transparency and impartiality throughout the process of carrying out all these activities.
