Balıkesir University warmly invites colleagues from international offices around the world to join our Erasmus Staff Week under the theme “Building Sustainable Erasmus Partnerships.” In an era where mobility must evolve beyond numbers toward long-term impact, we aim to create a dynamic platform for sharing best practices, strengthening inter-institutional cooperation, and transforming bilateral agreements into strategic, future-oriented collaborations. This Staff Week will focus on developing resilient partnerships, expanding cooperation within and beyond Europe, enhancing project-based collaboration (KA131, KA171, and KA2), and fostering meaningful academic and cultural exchange. We look forward to welcoming dedicated professionals who are committed to shaping inclusive, innovative, and sustainable internationalization strategies together.

Travel and accommodation will be covered by the participants (the place for the staff week will be hotel in Güre region and it costs approximately 50 € for one night with breakfast and dinner. University will book the hotel for you after nomination)
